Will the use of lavender essential oils diluted and sprayed on counters reduce ants or other insects?

It is well-known, that essential oils of lavender and other plants (cedar, geranium, citrus) possess repellent quality – fight off insects. One can use them as an additional way of fighting off insects. Anyway our advise is first to find the source of spreading of the insects (garbage, food debris) and eliminate it. One can also use insecticides that not just fight off insects, but destroy them. Process the ants’ migration paths, plinths and chinks with the aerosol “Uboynaya Sila for crawling insects” (black spray can) or “Uboynaya Sila - universal” (red spray can).
